We can’t do this alone

No one can! Green Girl is one piece of the local Memphis food community. As growers, we take pride in growing microgreens well to produce beautiful, delicious ingredients for chefs. It’s in the hands of local chefs and cooks, our greens are used in dishes that delight and feed the city. And through the collaboration with other service providers, like the Compost Fairy and various educational entities, we are grateful for the opportunity to support and encourage others in responsible food systems work.
