Green Girl Produce is Tennessee’s first indoor vertical farm supplying regional chefs and CSAs (Community Supported Agriculture) with a year round supply of fresh and healthy microgreens.
Our controlled environment allows us to safely cultivate a high quality, tasty, and nutritionally dense product. Requiring only a fraction of the resources used in conventional farming, we can produce up to 50 lbs of microgreens every week. The end result is a sustainable, high-yield, year-round production, and is a local solution for ecological and public health concerns.
At Green Girl Produce, we do not use any pesticides, herbicides, nor do we spray fertilizer of any kind on the foliage. To ensure peak flavor, color, and texture, our microgreens are delivered fresh to your kitchen the same day they are harvested.
